In Vitro Fertilization Cycle (IVF) →
Included services:
Monitoring bloodwork and sonograms during the IVF cycle
IVF lab culture and fertilization process including ICSI if needed
Physician – oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer
Anesthesia
Embryo freezing including first six months of embryo storage
First pregnancy test. (Repeat pregnancy test and pregnancy monitoring is not included)
Use of outside clinic for monitoring does not decrease the cycle fee
Services not included:
Pre-cycle evaluation and testing
Medications for IVF cycle
Oocyte (egg) freezing $1,000
Embryo biopsy (PGT). Genetics laboratory fee billed separately
Pregnancy monitoring [repeat hCG level, pregnancy sonogram(s)]
Frozen embryo transfer process for gestational carrier/surrogate
Refund:
If you decide not to proceed with your treatment cycle, you will be charged a $500 cancellation fee.
If your cycle is canceled prior to your oocyte retrieval, you are entitled to a $5,000 refund.
There is not a refund for no embryo transfer and/or no embryo freeze
These services are provided as a bundled package. We do not provide insurance codes for individual services.
