CARE Fertility Joins RESOLVE Night of Hope Celebration
2017 Hope Award for Achievement
As active members of RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, CARE Fertility co-founders, Kevin Doody, M.D., and Kathy Doody, M.D., once again supported the Night of Hope fundraising gala which was held November 12, 2018 in New York City.
The Night of Hope is a celebration of the passionate people and organizations who support RESOLVE’s mission to help people challenged in their family-building journey. 2018 marks 21 years for the gala, recognizing extraordinary contributions and accomplishments of individuals and organizations that are making a difference for all those who struggle with becoming parents.
CARE Fertility is proud that Dr. Kevin was recognized at last year’s fundraising event with the 2017 Hope Award for Achievement.
Dr. Kevin was awarded for his contributions to the industry, including serving as past president of the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART). While he was president of SART, Dr. Kevin was instrumental in updating the SART National Summary Data to assist patients in making informed decisions about medical care. In addition, Dr. Kevin is a recipient of the Microsoft Physician of the Year Award in 2004.
As co-founder of CARE Fertility, Dr. Kevin has guided the team to become pioneers in assisted reproductive technologies. The CARE Fertility team has accomplished several “firsts,” such as the first ICSI pregnancies and the first to successfully implement a blastocyst culture system. Under Dr. Kevin’s guidance, CARE Fertility is the most experienced practice offering effortless IVF®, and the first in the world to use the InvoCell device for blastocyst embryo transfer.
Since 1989, CARE Fertility has helped thousands of patients achieve their dreams of starting a family —with 10,000 babies born and counting.
