We do take most insurance companies. We are participating with most HMOs, PPOs, different managed care plans. We do try to work with your insurance company to try to maximize your benefit coverage. If you do not have coverage, then we can refer you to outside finance companies, so we do work with different banks and help you with financing. We also participate with a shared risk refund program where you would pay more of a discounted price upfront but it would entitle you to go through three fresh cycles and three frozen cycles and then at the end, if you do not have a take-home baby, you would get 70 percent of your money back, so it is a really good program and it helps relieve the stress, try to figure out how you are going to pay for each cycle for our patients.
